OUR PRODUCTS

We receive hundreds of individual items on a daily basis from anyone who is willing to part with their previous loved or no longer needed items.

We carefully check these items for quality and condition and make the customer an offer to purchase.
We also receive donations from people that are just happy to part with anything that they do not need anymore.

Before the purchased goods end up in our shop or the online shop they go through a testing process, and are cleaned so that we can ensure that we only offer items in a good, very good and new condition.

We will add you to our famous wish list and should your wish item come into our shop, you will be the first to contact, even before we place the items in the shop or list them here in the online shop.

We have already made numerous customers happy in "finding" their specific wish item.

OUR VISION SUSTAINABILITY

 By giving preloved items the opportunity to find a new home, to be cherished once more or to be used for the first time, we are contributing to a sustainable way of living.

Our aim is to keep as many products / items from being send to landfills, being forgotten while stored in boxes somewhere and not being used.

Three reasons that leave us with too many things in our homes and our lives:

• the ever increasing waste created through the ever increasing manufacturing of new products, in many cases using finite resources

• stuff which has accumulated throughout generations and the problem that so many of us face of not knowing what to do with all these items and often not being able to let got of same

• the ever increasing marketing campaigns way to often successfully convincing us to accumulate more and more each day, never reaching the point of enough

We confirm your order.
As we are also selling the same products from our lovely store, we treat all customers as first come, first serve. Thank you for your understanding!

Pay online via EFT, please mail us your payment confirmation to 2ndhandconceptstore@gmail.com

Once we receive your payment, your goods will be lovingly packaged (with pre-used paper, newspaper, plastic etc, whatever we have on hand) and send via courier / post in a matter of 3 to 5 working days or delivered environmentally friendly via a friendly driver on a solar powered E-bike.

Your tracking number will be send to you once the parcel leaves our premises.
